The President signed into law on Thursday that legalizes industrial hemp proucts (below 0.3% THC) federally. It allows hemp cultivation to occur throughout the states. The transfer of hemp (not marijuana) products is now allowed across state lines for any purpose. As long as the hemp derived products follow the legal guidelines established by law; there are not restrictions on the sale, transport, or possession of industrial hemp products.
